1.What is the forming temperature and heating time?

The temperature is about 120-180℃ for abs or acrylic, usually the heating time is 150 seconds.

 

2.How to solve the shallow lines on the formed sheet ?

Usually the shallow lines happen around the edge of sheet, these parts usually with lower temperature, you can raise the temperature of this section to solve it.
